Key Account Manager
Backend Developer (Node.js)
Technical Support Engineer
Position Summary:
You'll own the relationship with a portfolio of operator partners, making sure they get the most out of Crazybet’s aggregation platform and helping us grow the accounts over time.
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the main point of contact for a set of operator accounts;
● Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing partnerships;
● Coordinate with technical and support teams to resolve partner needs quickly;
● Track account performance and report on key metrics.
Required Skills:
● 2+ years in account management, partnerships, or client success in iGaming or SaaS;
● Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
● Comfortable working with data and performance reports;
● Fluent English, spoken and written.
Nice to Have:
● Existing relationships with online gaming operators;
● Experience with CRM tools;
Position Summary:
You'll help build and scale the systems behind Crazybet’s game aggregation platform, working on APIs and services that operators and game studios rely on every day.
Responsibilities:
● Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs;
● Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and scale;
● Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams on end-to-end delivery;
● Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews.
Required Skills:
● 3+ years of backend development experience, ideally with Node.js;
● Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and microservice architecture;
● Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar);
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to system reliability.
Nice to Have:
● Experience in iGaming, payments, or other high-transaction-volume systems;
● Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or similar tools;
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Position Summary:
You'll be the go-to technical contact for operators and partners, helping integrations run smoothly and resolving issues as they arise — acting as both the first line of technical support and a trusted point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities:
• support operators through integration and onboarding;
• troubleshoot issues related to games, APIs, and payments;
• keep an eye on platform stability and escalate issues when necessary;
• produce clear documentation and training materials for partners.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years in technical support or QA, ideally within SaaS, iGaming, or fintech;
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and basic SQL;
• excellent English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
• experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Prometheus;
• scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or similar);
exposure to iGaming integrations or payment systems.
